I have a confession to make: I work at two speeds--right away and forevah.

Most of the time either speed works really well for me. Ask the tasks on the to-do list, though, and there may be a chorus of complaints from those who have been been there "forevah". ;)

So I've decided to do things a little differently for the month of April. I will now divide larger tasks into smaller ones.

Yes, it's something I should know to do already, but I resisted. Surely I could declutter my home in one weekend. Or write a novel in a month. Or lose ten pounds in a day. And so on.

Hey, this divide-and-conquer thing might just work for me this time. I'll let you know how it goes.

How about you? How do you tackle those huge projects?
