James is doing well, or as well as someone who has had a heart transplant can be, so I can now uncross my toes. And that's a very good thing since I'm going to be trying on all kinds of shoes as Michelle and I shop our way through New York City!
So forgive me for not visiting your blogs and sharing in the online fun for the rest of the week.

How's the hotel??? New York is pretty tough to swangle into any kind of upgrade but I was promised they'd treat you well. Hope you are enjoying your time and new shoes and uncrossed toes. Glad that James is ok. Zip with you soon!
I don't need help avoiding my responsibilities, thank you VERY MUCH!
We need to talk about that hotel Laura...our room was in the midst of some high school trip. They would gather outside our bedroom door each morning and evening before heading out.
The boys in the room next to us overslept each morning so their chaperone would bang on the door at 5:45, then 6:00, then 6:15 every morning. The only reason they are still alive is because Michelle held me back with the broken hair dryer.
And don't even go there about the "whatever" attitude of the staff. Next time, I'll go back to the Belvedere...totally worth the extra $50 a night.
Oh, thanks for asking. ;)
swilliam! How the heck are you? Glad to hear that your procrastination skills are up to speed. ;)
ohhhh... not good. Well... I guess I won't get you to fill out the survey. Unless you have a great picture of Michelle beating the pulp out of the boys next door. That would be exciting!
Sorry you didn't have a good Sheraton experience. But you did get a coach knock off for cheap... that makes up for it all! Now you are stylin'!
